Be careful, this shop will lie to you time and time again and they are impossible to get in touch with. I called them over 40 times and left voicemails over the course of about 9 days and no one returns your calls or tells you what is going on. They basically held my truck hostage after i broke down on the side of the road out front of their shop. These guys saved my "bacon." On my way for an early morning delivery in Plant City when the low voltage light came on and the volt guage was just under 12. Pulled into Loves told them that I had a new alternator and needed them to change them. The lady at the Service Counter told me, "It'll be tomorrow at the soonest." I checked my GPS to local shops and found Affordable right next door. I gave them a call, and they asked if I could bring it over to them, which I did.
