All I can say is beware of the Lynnwood and or Yakima location and bring a witness as the dentist that owns both of those locations failed to see a bone or tooth fragment that was lodged in my jaw after she extracted 7 teeth. When asked to remove it due to the discomfort the Dr stated it was a wisdom tooth. After x rays confirm it is not a wisdom tooth I was transferred to a location in Olympia Washington which is 2 hours south of where I live.
