The lady at the front desk was SO HELPFULSent me directions helped me on the phone ,talked to me so nicely which is rare ,she was AWESOME The tech and dentist were FABULOUS SO NICE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME JUST A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE YOU HAVE WORKING HERE ‼️‼️YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH AN AWESOME CREW
I report the facts, you decide. Failed tooth with abcess. I agreed to their implant proposal and they started by extracting my tooth. They did not return my calls for approximately 2 weeks when I went to the pharmacy to find a prescription for only the first dose of anti-biotic and the tooth extraction site became heavily infected. When I returned for the 2 week post op they kept repeating "its all good" without acknowledging that an infection was present, and they did not correct the antibiotic prescription. The doctor was great. She made me feel comfortable.
Everybody on the staff there from the dentist to the front desk help to the assistants are just five star gold standard people! They set me at ease from the moment I walked in there and explained everything in detail so there were no surprises and just treated me with the utmost respect and my wife as well! I couldn't recommend these people high enough.If it was ten stars , I would give them ten stars!
