Came here to help my mom with new dentures. During the consult- the lady who was in charge with intake- and consult did an absolutely great - her patient care/communication was initially pivoted us to purchase the plan . However - twice during the initial visit - and post visit- the doctor did not greet us or anything - as I am aware there is a chain of command. The office staff is so very friendly and always very helpful. I trust Dr. Bell to do an excellent job in correcting my issues. I am in the process of having two implants completed. I know I will be happy with the results. I highly recommend this very cost efficient practice!
I’d seen them 5 years earlier. I had a very bad toothache and they got me in early the next day. Everyone was so nice and didn’t seem irritated that I’m old, use a rollator all the time, and had a lot of recent medical history. They were just so nice and I look forward to seeing them next week to have some dental surgery that’s long over due. I also need to mention that their prices are great. Compare them to another company or Google the average price in Denton and you’ll see.
