The employees here as so friendly, quick to get you in an seen.
Just witnessed a customer get turned away because she was 15 minutes late. May have had a infection. I arrived 9 minutes late do to weather and distance from facility called and made aware. Gentleman just told me to get here as soon as possible. I told him i may be 15 minutes late. When i arrived the female receptionist made sure to tell me i was 9 minutes late just making there 10 minute late policy. Which i call bull. Facility is empty in waiting area.
