paid $200 just to be told id have to pay an extra 1k to have a tooth pulled that was broken and that there was no way to deal with it today. wasted a paycheck for nothing and going home in more pain than i came with.
I visited the office recently for an initial consultation. Front desk and nurses were very nice. However, when I met with the dentist I didn’t feel like I was being heard at all. I barely got a chance to speak. It felt more like he was giving a speech instead of us having a conversation. He didn’t listen to my concerns about costs, and referred me to an expensive specialist. It was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend.
I've been a patient since 2020. The staff has always been eager to please and will do anything they can to assure you're experience is a great one. Always friendly and professional. Great job AD&I! THANK YOU.
