They are super nice people and are helping me to get my teeth strait.
Went for a consultation, staff was friendly and informative. The lobby and office were clean and comfortable. "I recently went in for a consultation and was very impressed. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to provide all the information I needed. The office and lobby were exceptionally clean and comfortable, which made the visit even better.
I decided on snap in dentures. It is a long process but worth it in the end. I had a good experience, most of the time. The staff was always nice and professional. I can say that I now, love my new smile.
To be fair, no one likes going to a dentist right? That being said, I felt the staff treated me like a cow in a cattle call being put into a stall. The patient liaison so to speak was rude. I'm not sure if the staff understands that for some folks just walking into a dental office is anxiety enough ok, it takes some of us folks a while to get the "courage" to go into a dentist to begin with as we can't typically go to a dentist because we have no insurance or ability to get affordable dental care.
