Update: My first appointment was Monday. Two days later on Wednesday, I walked out with all my teeth extracted, the implants surgically installed, and wearing both top and bottom dentures. I have no idea who the gentlemen Chris D. Is, but he must be mistaking "Affordable dentures" with another dental establishment. I was understandably a little nervous about the procedure, so I was prescribed a medication that put me more at ease prior to the procedure. I guess there is one in every crowd. The reason I say that is because most of the reviews I have read about this dental practice has been pretty good. Unfortunately my experience has been terrible to the extent of life changing! Yes like most of the reviews I found the staff very nice, especially Terika (receptionist). They do horrible substandard work and will not honor their 100 day money back guarantee they America even when you ask within a month. Scam artists with false advertising! Don’t go there

Do not go here. There’s something very wrong when their own website shows only 5 stars, yet on the web you see the real comments.  In short: they aren’t “affordable” if you have to go to a second doctor to have them fixed.  Mine wouldn’t stay in even though they were permanent. They broke twice within a day. The new doctor had NO trouble fixing the issue (the stress points were all wrong, and once fixed, everything stayed in perfectly).   Great dentist and staff!!!!  I had 9 teeth pulled on Tue. and received my temps. Never felt the shots. No pain afterwards and back to work the next day!!!  This place is great!!!!

On 4th dentist, one fired, one quit, one temporary, and now another one. 3rd dental asistance. Cant wear or eat with dentures. New office personnel. Did not tell me it would take 6 months for implants to heal. Bone sticking out from gum after tooth removal, had to have sugery to remove. Had upper implants done at another place without any issues, thought too far to drive. Dumb Me. So tired of eating soup. If there was a rating lower than 1, I would give it. The back staff are amazing. However when u need to schedule an appt to get an appt for an adjustment,good luck. They don't answer the phone and they absolutely NEVER call back. As a receptionist I couldn't imagine not calling my patients back. They not very polite if u have to go for an adjustment. Made several complaints to 1800denture however not even an apology. Good luck

So, had extractions done in December and paid for entire process up front. They have cancelled my appointment to get my permanent dentures and snap in dentures on bottom. It will soon be four months!
