Horrible customer service over the phone. They were rude. The lady put me on hold and just left me there. And a facility like this that doesn’t even have your money yet and is treating you this bad. I could just imagine how bad they treat you once they actually have your money. So I definitely wouldn’t be using this place just for that reason alone.
I loved the staff and the prompt way they got my teeth fixed but I cant find an answer from my phone calls I am trying to reach them to fill in the sizing recently after bone loss ...they have been nothing but amazing kind n caring Staff and dentist
You know I don’t usually write bad reviews but: this company, literally has left a bad taste in my mouth! I spent $10,000 for all in one pop in dental implants only to have teeth pulled and temporary dentures while my gums healed enough for implants. This office near called to see how I was getting along. Never rescheduled to check on healing process. Never returned my calls. I sure don't know how this place has ANY good reviews. Brittany was pleasant at first, but that didn't last. Had all my teeth pulled in June of 23. The dentures they made NEVER fit, and they refused to refit, just kept grinding and polishing the old ones. I'm so glad they shut the doors on this office. I had to go to another office and they redid my dentures. They fit great.
