I visited this facility in October for a dental inquiry due to another procedure done elsewhere. I experience an unsanitary and unhealthy environment at the location and became ill weeks later. I reached out to the facility and spoke with Customer Relations Manager and was told someone would reach back out to speak with me regarding this situation, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I would like for you all to be the mediator, if possible.Desired settlement:
Horrible, fraudulent, unprofessional customer service. When I spoke to other dental offices it was relayed that the dental work I was charged for cant be done in one day. 5/13/2023 I attended affordable implants and dentures , ********************************************************************************************* for a procedure.
