Everyone was very polite and I was seen at the time of my appointment. Some places you wait a long time so that to me is a big plus.
I get the feeling that this place isn't the same place I went to 2 and a half years ago. They changed owners (and dentists) since then. They were really nice to me until they got my money. After that, the customer service stopped. They gave me temps that were supposed to be in for 6 months. When they changed ownership, they somehow lost track of it and never called me back to get them done. That was in November 2022. They definitely put the afford in affordable lol. They had me in and out in under 2 hours, dentures completely refitted and fit perfectly
Been meaning to do this. Extractions were on June 25. Had some hiccups with that but nothing to not be expected. I love these guys. I am not an affectionate person but I hugged Dr Patton and staff once we got things straightened out.
