I did not have a great experience, I was lied to. I've had my implants for 6 months, a insert fell out, I was told it would be covered no charge, when I got to my appointment I was informed that because I had the original work done at their Arlington Hts office they would not stand by their product and wanted to charge me $240.00, I just left, I'd rather pay someone honest than pay them
Good experience. All the personnel were helpful with my dental situation.
Everyone is kind, courteous, professional, respectful, patient, supportive and thorough.
