Very unprofessional. They made me 4 upper plates and the teeth kept falling out!! 6 teeth!!! The last plate they made was good until the front tooth fell out and I dropped them off and when I picked them up, it looked like they superglued every tooth in!! The glue oozed out around each tooth! Looks nasty!! Would not accept. They gave me a full refund. But, we're very rude about it!! They actually wanted to grid down one of my real teeth on the bottom to make the deture fit!! Would not recommend at all!!! Very unprofessional.... read more
I paid for an implant IN FULL up front. It’s a process that takes months. The bone graft was incorrectly put in and we had to start the entire process over. Then when I finally (1.5 years later) go back for my crown, they tell me I owe an additional 1275. Office manager was dismissive of my concerns and continued to read me a statement of what I’ve paid even though I told him I was told that was the complete cost. And they messed up which caused me to have to go back for months longer than originally intended and endure more... read more
