Took away a star because we waited an hour in the waiting. But the receptionist did say they were understaffed. Also took away a star because I feel all receptionist, regardless where you work, should smile and greet you when you arrive to sign in. I'm not saying she was rude or anything, but need more training on how to greet and make eye contact if you're going to be sitting up front.
I'm always nervous going to the dentist but I went yesterday to get an implant and Dr Malcolm to the time explain the procedure and answered all of my questions, he made sure I was numb and actually explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. That was really cool and made me relax, I felt no pain at all, like I said dental work makes me nervous but I was very pleased with the services I received yesterday.
