I went to this establishment for a tooth extraction and ended up having to go to the emergency room due to the tooth not being fully extracted and my gums becoming infected. I went back to address the matter with the owner/operator **** ****** to no avail. She could be heard yelling at customers and staff and and advised me that she wouldnt have time to speak to me and that I didnt have an appointment. Horrible expirience. They do not give consultations. Employees seem inexpirienced. Customer trivia ? Seem lacking in knowledge of practicle fitting so you can eat or drink with dentures. probably my worst decision ever !! forgive my spelling recent head trauma!!!had to give one star to go on...i rate them less than one !!! Horrible experience.. 7 months of suffering without teeth. The same day service is an out right lie! In ************** NC extremely rude and vindictive, old front desk lady. Ignores VM and never returned my calls. Would give me the furthest out appt possible the entire time! My dentures would arrive and she wouldn't call me for pick up just letting them sit there. I visited this facility in October for a dental inquiry due to another procedure done elsewhere. I experience an unsanitary and unhealthy environment at the location and became ill weeks later. I reached out to the facility and spoke with Customer Relations Manager and was told someone would reach back out to speak with me regarding this situation, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I would like for you all to be the mediator, if possible.Desired settlement:
I recently had dental work done at a subpar dental office, Affordable Dentures & Implants, in Clearwater, which seemed more interested in taking my money than providing quality care and service. Poor Quality products. Abusesive Fee System.In past 3 years dealing with this company the quality of there seevice and their products was sub standard. Constant repair of their products Remade twice. Lost one of the implants after about 2 years i work up with it in my mouth, wanted to charge me $299 to replace. Bridge broke about 2 weeks after in for repair and i was at dinner out of town. Terrible people they rip off ******** and forced me into dentures I went there to get a partial and they said that they can't do that. Also when they put me to sleep I went into ****. We believe you to have the wrong office. At our office patients get to choose what denture they get. They even get a form that explains the difference in each denture and the patient signs off on which denture they choose. The office does not choose for them. Also we do not put people to sleep here. They even get a form that explains the difference in each denture and the patient signs off on which denture they choose. The office does not choose for them. Also we do not put people to sleep here.
