They made my whole bottom plate crooked, and want me to pay them $150 to remake it (only had it 3 weeks) Also called their HQ customer relations and was told they are individually owned so each location has their own RULES!! oh and I can take them back within 100 days and get my money back but then I would be banned from ever going there again and would then leave with NO bottom denture!

I just blew my cork with these people as I've been sitting in the Room for over an hour to pick up my Dentures without anyone saying anything to me concerning my appointment or my wait. I've been listening to three of the staff talk about what they are for lunch and their nails. After I complained then the brought the adjustment form and warranty form. This could have been done. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting on my Dentures. No customer service to speak of, no communication, bad time management of employees. dirty office... read more

Dr. Faller in Feb. 2017 was at Affordable Dentures in Covington, La. I went to that location and paid $13,505 in Feb. 2017 for dental implants. In Dec. 2018 Dr. Faller left Affordable Dentures before my implant procedure was completed. Now I have no teeth and Affordable Dentures is unwilling or unable to transfer me to another location. I feel that I will have to retain an attorney to resolve this situation. I have no idea where Dr. Faller is located now or how to reach him.
