I cant even get in to make in appointment there phone is busy,
This was a terrible first visit! No wonder they have to send out fliers to recruit patients. The front desk people are rude and the blonde hygienist is so mean!! She should Not be working with people at all. Don't ever go here! It is super ghetto
Would have given a lower grade if I could. Absolutely the rudest, meanest dental hygienist I have ever encountered. This woman should never work with people, especially children. The dentist did not communicate with parent and barely spoke to the child. The front desk people were very nice and helpful.
So i hardly ever miss an appointment...but i never got a confirmation call and i accidently took my daughter to the wrong place. When i called to reschedule they said if a new patient no shows they cannot reschedule the appointment. That is fine...I'm sure there is another dentist in town that will appreciate my money.
