Had a great experience going for the first time. I have a lot of anxiety about health related things and they were very friendly!
This place will never see my face ever again. I’ve been coming here for 3yrs I’ve had my challenges with this place but I really don’t like complaining so i dealt with it. Today I couldn’t believe that I drove an hr to this place to get photos taken (mind you it’s the 3rd time having to take them because of turnover so frequently) the lady tried to go back and forth with me about getting a cleaning next time when I come back to get a fill instead of getting it done after getting my teeth pictured. You make a 8:30 am appointment with me on Monday, Friday you call me and tell me my appointment is at 8:00am. You aren t even open ! Your dentist was unprofessional put crowns one without telling me, he made me a pair of partials that never fit and then you pull this
I been they for years no problem with any of the staffs. It’s just some people are different opinions.I hate going but they made me relaxed.
