might have been good 5 years ago. had some stairs to move witch he did, also had some cable hand rail to run, and around 6 piece of tin to hang under bottom of deck. He charged 6000 to do all the work, asked for 3000 up front, moved the steps and placed some brackets. took him 3 days to do 1 days worth of work. Haven't seen a straight cut yet that he did, he basically sat in a chair and had the 1 guy who was helping him do the work. talked a good game, but dont have the stamina to work any more.
