I needed a bathroom floor put in in 2003,I had a 1pm appointment for them to come and do the work,They did not show up and gave me an excuse the installer was stuck on the east side on a flooded street.There was no rain. They said they would come friday and wanted to drop off materials the day before which I thought was assinine.I was leaving early and I asked if they could drop them off 9am and they said they couldnt.They acted like they did not want to do the job.
