I was looking for a contractor to replace my old wood decking with new composite. They did a nice job and their communication with me was awesome. They would text me when they were on the way to my job and when they were leaving for the day. They let me know if they were not going to be there due to weather or other jobs. That was so helpful. Canceled their contract because the last Invoice(s) error. They had to send me three invoices with varying amounts. I asked them to only plow once, to which they agreed and only performed one snow plow, but they billed me for 3 plows. Justification - my contract with them stated they were to plow every 2 inches and they plowed six inches (on the single plow) so they charged me for 3 plows.
