Love our new deck from AfFORDable Const! Tim and Frank are very detail oriented and good communicators. Very fair pricing as well.
I had an estimate from tim for this company. He took 1/2 upfront. I paid him extra to deliver my countertop from lowes. He did, he broke my old countertop into pieces began installing the new one then stopped and said it wasn't made right and wouldn't install it any further. After a fight with lowes to get a new one. He now wanted more money for the extra work. He wanted full payment before installing the new countertop and finishing the job. We had a whole remodel of Bathroom and Bedroom and Outdoor Shower. Tim did a beautiful job on everything. He is definitely affordable compared to the other contractors out there. He did small things that we really did appreciate it and He didn't have to. He had great ideas that He shared that we went with. He was done in a timely manner. He also is a Veteran who we should promote and be thankful for His Service and His abilities to be creative. We will definitely be calling on Him again. Tim is knowledgeable and helpful. He does excellent work at an affordable price. Our kitchen flooring, cabinets, and trim work look beautiful.
