They don’t appear to be a quality contractor. Did work in our neighborhood, Pine Creek, Colorado Springs, and neighbors in our area are getting notices of intent to lien because they haven’t paid the concrete supply company. Not only that but the concrete work on at least one of the addresses doesn’t meet the city standards. I would not recommend them.
Never hired or called this company yet I received a preliminary lien notice for over $2000 in work. Just a random notice arrived in the mail today stating I owe money when they have not done any work for us. Shady business practice…beware!
Great people, great work, and a fair price!
5 week job in Leadville going on 5 months!! Watched them chisel up and redo some areas 3 times !!! What a joke! Can’t believe they have not been kicked off the job. This has done nothing,but cause issues for the residents
