Awful. Name used to be Anita Clean. She charged our card and no call/no showed and we had movers ready to go. Had to scramble to find a cleaner. She was scheduled from 8-9am and didn’t respond back until 4:30pm to tell us that she WOULDNT be refunding us. A little back story. We were set to close on your house. Things didn’t go to plan and our closing was delayed. She charged me a $75 cancellation but insisted that the amount would be put onto the appointment that I scheduled after we closed. I moved out of my apartment today and Anita was able to come and get my place sparkling clean and smelling fantastic.. I was able to get most of my deposit back from my landlord so I am a happy camper. Thank you

Anita was very nice. However, reschedule day of and then again on the rescheduled day. She said she would arrive @ 10:30 if it were okay to move my scheduled time. She then did not arrive until 11:35. I emphasized that I needed dusting to be done including blinds, windowsills, furniture, and ceiling fans. As seen in my photos and videos this was not done in completion. I also asked that the entirety of the house be vacuumed and and hard surfaces mopped. Which you will see was not done. Whatever clean you want I highly recommend Anita's, she was professional, on time, went above and beyond what you would expect from a cleaner. She definitely didn't cut any corners(she got every one) will use again.. Thank you Anita, you saved me alot of time in my busy hectic schedule
