Walked through with Kathleen and laid out what exactly would and wouldn’t get cleaned, for a 4 br/2 ba apartment it was very overpriced, and she did not clean everything that we had agreed on. I contacted her to see if maybe something went wrong and she replied very rudely and unprofessionally. Honestly super disappointed as it felt very unprofessional the only thing she cared about was how clean the floor was. Although that was mostly clean, there were still a few things left dirty but she told me that’s, quote, “my fault”.
