Disappointed. I was looking for a regular, monthly cleaning service because the person we've been using for a couple years fell ill. After trying this service once, I wouldn't ever have these people back. When I scheduled we discussed various packages, Fall Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, etc. which were pretty intensive, taking all day. Walked through with Kathleen and laid out what exactly would and wouldn’t get cleaned, for a 4 br/2 ba apartment it was very overpriced, and she did not clean everything that we had agreed on. I contacted her to see if maybe something went wrong and she replied very rudely and unprofessionally. Honestly super disappointed as it felt very unprofessional the only thing she cared about was how clean the floor was. Although that was mostly clean, there were still a few things left dirty but she told me that’s, quote, “my fault”.
