What a relief to find such a good, honest company, Affordable Chimney Sweep. Brad and his daughter were both knowledgeable and able to explain what was needed to get the job done, even with the”bandaids” that had been done in the past. Mr. Bradley did an excellent job on my fireplace. Inspected the fireplace and painted my cap and worked on other minor repairs. . He pointed out that the fireplace had an ash door and cleaned the inside and showed me the exit door outside house. He left a note of things to do in the near future. Gave me information on woods I should not use and those safe to use. I would highly recommend him. Excellent rating from me.
RecommendedI called Affordable Chimney Sweep of Ocala to clean and inspect the chimney in my home that I recently purchased. Brad and Bill were wonderful - very professional and polite. They explained everything to me and took photos of my roof and inside and outside the chimney/fireplace. They were able to repair the damper so I didn't have to pay for a new one. They ordered a chimney cap since I did not have one. I recommend them completely.
I was refered to him from a friend. That he would do this work for free. Knowing that My husband just died tragically 3 weeks ago. And my chimney was plugged. To my wood stove So i called him to figure out where it was plugged. He Came over drunk. With a dog. Belittled me horribly. And Kept drinking. Complained about my recently deceased husband calling him all sorts of names. Because the chimney piping was not correct. So he just tore it all down. And called it good.
