I'm not happy with him at all. He did not do a thorough job. Did not pull my plate and clean catalyst which is what I called him for in the first place all he did clear the chimney. My disabled husband was there when he came, I was at work Not worth $230! I messaged him about how unhappy I was and never responded. Last year he came and did what I needed....we ordered new catalyst and just needed him to put it back in woodstoce ..not a big job...just lives down road...charged me 100! Wasn't at my place an hour....
