Mark did an amazing job with a brunch themed meal for an event. The Eggs Benidict with a Lobster hollandaise was great. He took care of everything showed up, served the food buffet style and then cleaned up everything. He's great and the event went off without a hitch! I definitely recommend him!
Beware! Mark Gallagher signs contracts, takes money and disappears. I wish I could report that my daughter and son in law also had “great communication” and that their wedding guests enjoyed delicious food and seamless service at their wedding Memorial Day weekend, but Mark didn’t show up at all. He did not return any calls or texts on the day of the wedding, leaving us to scramble to find tables, dishes, food, bartending, servers, etc for 150 guests and venue staff. At last! Mark (Affordable Chef Services) and I crossed paths at a mutual clients wedding and what a fabulous day it was to work with him and his amazing staff! From beginning to end the day ran smoothly, passed appetizers, dinner buffet, champagne (was poured table side) before toasts took place... I almost forgot to mention how fast Mark and his team were able to feed 100 guests! This was our first private chef experience and Mark did an incredible job. He was engaging, food was great and he was very flexible with our menu choices. Will definitely book again.
Mark was so easy to work with and all of the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. He absolutely made this pre-wedding event perfect!! 10/10!!
