Affordable Catering with Mark Gallagher recently provided a buffet of appetizers for a Celebration of Life event. The selections were delicious and perfect for the situation. He was easy to work with,helpful and responsive to suggestions and needs. I recommend his services.

Chef Mark exceeded my expectations and we had a fabulous evening with great food and fun interactions. Chef Mark is personable and joyful. We really enjoyed the appetizers - all four (4!) of them! I intended to take photos, but the food and evening was so great that I totally forgot. The food was plentiful and really delicous. We hired Mark and Affordable Chef Services to provide a variety of appetizers for a small winery event. Mark was prompt and professional with his response to my initial inquiry, his menu suggestions were exactly what we wanted for our event. He was very communicative during the period of planning and making final decisions on the menu. On the day of the event, Mark and Dee arrived with plenty of time to set up (putting me at ease!).
