Affordable Catering (also known as Strudel Bakers?) is a hidden gem out in the valley! We originally stopped by for coffee and breakfast, and everything exceeded our expectations. The pistachio latte was incredible—rich, nutty, and perfectly balanced. Catered our wedding. Fantastic food, especially the desserts… we just pulled the wedding cake out after a year in the freezer and it’s still delicious. They were also the best value caterer in the greater Anchorage area. Highly recommend!
