I bought my son's first car from Affordable Cars LLC. A 2003 Mini Cooper with 89k miles. They were nice to deal with and my son was super excited. Within the first 30 miles the brakes failed while we were driving which was terrifying but luckily it was me driving and not my son so I knew to downshift and use the e-brake. They picked the car up and paid half of the repair bill which was $300 total. I was happy with this. Then within the next 30 miles the front suspension failed. Long long story short.....this place switches names and owners to avoid liability. Buyer beware.....yes there are some deals out there since some of these are on consignment. However unless you know exactly what you're looking for as far as shoddy repair work, poor maintenance, and other red flags for particular vehicles....be prepared to be taken for a ride (and not the fun kind either) Good luck reader TLDR: buyer beware. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We bought a car from them in April. First, this guy was an hour late to our appointment.There was a major accident reported on the Carfax which we asked Mark about. He downplayed it and said that they "have to label it that way even if it was a small accident." We naively believed him. Later, we discovered that the AC doesn't work because of a pinched line at the site of the accident damage, the radiator was cracked, the turn signal housing doesn't fit correctly in place, and the hood w... read more
