Affordable Carpet Service really came through for me with emergency carpet cleaning. They were able to come out on a Saturday evening, which was a huge help. I had an accident right before a party when a cake fell all over my living room carpet, couch, and a beautiful area rug. Update: i changed my rating because i was really impressed by the effort Affordable Carpet Service made to turn a rough carpet and upholstery cleaning visit into a very good experience. They sent Lucas back out to inspect the couch and carpet cleaning, and they offered to reclean the areas that needed more attention. The team just finished, and the couch looks so much better, with cleaner fabric, better edge detail, and a much more even result on the carpets. !Warning! Do NOT use this company. Quoted $79 to clean one room. Apon arrival that price was wirh water only!?! $150 for cleaning solution. Also confirmed 9am. I specifically said I needed to leave at 10:30. They arrived 10:15. Then harassed and threatened for payment. BAIT and SWITCH!!
