I definitely give Affordable Carpet Service a 5 star rating! I called with a last minute request for carpet cleaning that needed to be done the next day. They happily accepted my request. Even though it was so last minute, they gave me a 7-hour arrival window, but Clarence arrived within the first hour and provided excellent customer service. Absolutely fantastic! I had a large 9x12 hand-woven braided wool and jute rug that was very thick and had seen years of use from kids and pets. Clarence from the carpet cleaning team arrived quickly, checked out the rug, and took it away for cleaning. Just two weeks later, my cherished area rug came back looking like new! I reached out to Affordable Carpet Service to have the carpets cleaned in the condo we are renting in Bridgewater. I wasn’t sure when the carpets were last cleaned, so I wanted to make sure they looked good before we moved out.
