Amazing job, feels like I have brand new couches
I have never ever called a business for help and been refused service due to having had a previous supplier from a further away suburb. All I asked for was a booking because this supplier is closer to where I now live and Sonia outright refused to provide a service. Not customer friendly at all. I have previously used Sonia and Bill with no problems, and booked with them again a few weeks ago. Unfortunately this time I had some concerns after the service. When I called the following day I found my interaction with Sonia dismissive, which left me feeling uncomfortable, and that I was unable to voice my concerns as a paying customer.
