I Contacted the Owner about cleaning my carpet at my rental house. I left a key & check for him at the house before job was started. My contractor called me and said the carpet was still not clean in the worst area. I contacted the owner again and asked if it looked good when he left, ( He stated it looked good). I told him the spot came back and looked as bad as it did before. I even offered to pay him to come back out.
