After a weekend flood, half of our basement carpet in Antelope was soaked and had picked up a lot of dirt, making it look discolored and smell pretty bad. Kristopher from the carpet cleaning team was able to fit us in quickly and explained every step of the process. They did a fantastic job getting all the water out, cleaning up the dirt, and restoring the carpet so it looked great again. Avoid this company! We called were quoted $79/2 rooms. We only needed 1 room and two walkways, charged us DOUBLE and left it soaking wet. The floors look awful. They used our bathtub to get hot water and no cleaning solution. I called the manager three times over three days, asked to return wasn’t quoted ($80)sent photos, 24 hours still wet, stains are awful. They blew us off. Tony, Max, and Mario this was the worst money we’ve ever spent. Complete rip off. Photos are day AFTER the service.
