Booked an appointment and was clear job needed to be done by 2:00pm. When I called at 1:15 to find out why they were there, I was put on hold, then told they were stuck at another job. When I asked why they didn't call me to tell me they couldn't do the job sooner so I could find another company, they HUNG UP ON ME! Very poor customer service. Beware.
Great service on time and an excellent job. Carpet looks like new again!!
