Took my car in to this shop and picked it up on nov the 25 was told and GIVING a paper stating that the R&R Ignition coil 4 spark plugs had been changed. Welll I went to pick my granddaughter up from lynchburg on DEC 5th and the car begin to vibrate, and shake uncontrolablly! Loose power and more. I recorded my car doing this. So I went and had a diagnosis completed the p0303 ( 3 cylindar misfire detected) up which is the same thing that was “supposed” to have been fixed. I can’t say enough positive things about them. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and experienced. Shop prices are fair and the work is done on time and always delivers. Robert is super helpful and always has a great attitude. I will be taking our family cars there every time for service and repairs.
