We contracted with Jim Ferdon of Affordable Builders in December, 2023. Work started in January, 2024, and it is still not complete as of August, 2024. What a crook! He took our money and did not finish the job. He lied, had so many colorful excuses and promises. We wish we would have checked more thoroughly before we hired him, along with CCAP. Live and learn for the next time. But in the meantime, STAY CLEAR OF HIM! He is currently in jail and we only hope he stays there so that he cannot do this to anyone else. We have ha... read more
