Atrocious. Dishonest. Unprofessional. Aggressive. Don't just take my word for it that these cowboys are rank amateurs, take Progressive's. My car was booked here as part of an insurance claim. They are (somehow) an approved progressive repair center. After I complained that the damage was not satisfactorily repaired, AND that they also created new, additional damage that wasn't even part of the incident, progressive inspected their work. I had the rear bumper and side mirror assembly replaced on my Mother In Laws 2015 Kia Optima which the dealership sent to Affordable to be painted so the parts can be put onto the matching the paint of the rest of the optima. Well after taking the bumper and mirror assembly out of the plastic wrap from Affordable , there was a lot of dust and trash between the paint and surface which is unacceptable! As a business owner since 1958, we will no longer recommend Affordable Body Shop. We damaged a customers vehicle when towing it, the customer lived in Panama City so we asked a vendor in that area for a reputable body shop in the area to make it convenient for the customer. We advised our customer to have repairs done at Affordable and we would pay for the repair. Unfortunately, the completion and delivery of vehicle was not handled in a professional manner. I had a great experience with this business. I had sustained some minor damage on my front bumper. The manager immediately had my car pulled in and the repair technician fixed on the spot. They were very professional and could not have been nicer.
Utilized the Panama City Beach Site. We were completely satisfied. Professional and helpful throughout process. Worked with insurance company. Finished job looked better than before fender bender. Cleaned inside and out! Highly recommend. From out of town and so happy found this shop
