These guys have had multiple businesses in the area and I have always had a very positive experience dealing with them. They run a great operation and you can have peace of mind when leaving a prize possession like a boat in their care. Especially being from out of state. Great experience.

I went there and park a nice Camero. I was there on an extended stay than I expected to be. But my car was safe and nothing ever happen and they are nice to deal with. I am sad to see someone put a 1 star, I am sure if you research you will see the true customer service they provide!! They are always there for the customer!! I will recommend if you need somewhere to park a car, Boat, or trailer you should look then up! Just know A service is not free! I wish them the best because they took great care of my wife’s car!!!

The owner Lauren is very nice and pleasant to work w/. Nice landlady.The grounds are well kept, the price is right, great rate. If you call them and they don't answer, they will get back to you asap. As someone else said, very responsive owner. I did have an ant problem, (big ants that are carpenter size ants) but I don't go there very often and I just noticed it this month. they charged me for a month that i wasn’t parked there, i wouldn’t call this place affordable. UPDATE: and to be crystal clear i moved out in july, july 31st to be exact. i checked the dates. so no, i didn’t move out in august. i asked for the rent to be pro rated and they said no. so again, i would not call this place affordable. and that’s how they treat loyal customers of over two years :)
