Absolute disaster of a company! Contracted with them in early February and still do not have the job completed. From the beginning, customer service was non-existent. Dozens of calls, texts, emails went unanswered. About 1/2 of the window coverings were eventually installed. There were fit issues, slats bowed, & a shutter opening the wrong direction. All of the specialty shutters (arched windows) were mis-measured & had to be reordered. Last we heard, our shutters were in & would be installed in 2 days. Right. That was a mon... read more
