Heath returned my call and she was somewhat rude and hung up on me. She didn't understand that I called through video relay service which meant a little lapse in time between us. I tried my best to answer her questions but it was not successful. she gave up on me. So be mindful she might not be friendly toward callers who are deaf or hard of hearing. Thank you for listening.

Affordable Blind Service was not only affordable but they were thorough, very customer service oriented and patient with me and my decision making process guiding me to quality products at reasonable prices. They did a great job on installation and cleaned up when they were finished, not a spot on the wall and not even dust on the floor when they were done. I would recommend them and I will use them again when I have the need.

Cindy Keith replaced four wood blind cords this morning professionally, on time and at the price she quoted. Cindy had to remove and then replace valances at no extra charge. Cindy said she has been in business for 20 years, it shows. Very pleasant and professional. Thanks Cindy.
