DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only do they sell defective batteries and then refuse to issue a refund but the topper is the woman that works the office and answers the phones is the RUDEST person you will ever come across. She will not let you speak, is nasty, and doesn't even listen when she does let you get a word in. This company should not be allowed to do business at all. If I could put no stars I would. Through AAA, they installed a new battery in my car on June 30, 2025, and less than a month later, it failed. A technician falsely claimed the voltage was zero to void the warranty—yet I saw the reading myself: 4.2 volts, not zero. My alternator is charging at 14.2V, no shorts, and a third-party confirmed the battery is defective. This company is blatantly ignoring their own free replacement policy and wasting my time.
