Not only do they sell defective batteries and then refuse to issue a refund but the topper is the woman that works the office and answers the phones is the RUDEST person you will ever come across. If I could put no stars I would. Through AAA, they installed a new battery in my car on June 30, 2025, and less than a month later, it failed. A technician falsely claimed the voltage was zero to void the warranty—yet I saw the reading myself: 4.2 volts, not zero. My alternator is charging at 14.2V, no shorts, and a third-party confirmed the battery is defective. This company is blatantly ignoring their own free replacement policy and wasting my time. We broke down at Denny's after eating lunch on Sunday just before Memorial Day. We were surprised when the service van arrived within five minutes of our call.
