Wow. Really bad. Untrustworthy. I took my car here after hearing a good review. My experience was not positive like the other reviewer. The owner is very difficult to contact. The phone is rarely answered, and the voice mail box is full so you can't leave a message. When I finally contacted the owner, he said he would work on my car within a couple days. 3 weeks later, no word about my vehicle. I tried calling and the phone was disconnected. Sorry Kelly but Mike doesn't care about people. If he cared he wouldve done the easy fixes on my car (like tightening screws on the manifold where oil was clearly leaking from there was an obviously large gap) and add more coolant because i was extremely extremely low and that is a sign of an issue going on he didnt care to look at.. and not just say to replace the entire turbo charger. I paid $90 for a code I already had. $90 I worked hard for. He did not. I was on time for my appointment there but had to wait around 3 hour... read more

If anyone needs a mechanic in ukiah this guy mike is so dope.. he literally cares about people and their struggles.. I'm so proud how much he's came up since I met him. Even after covid and all that mess he kept pushing and got a bigger and better shop and now he can do smog checks and everything. I'm so thankful to know him and his wife and I'm grateful for all his help. This is the man to go to if u have any mechanical needs.. ty mike I appreciate you!!
