They are thief’s ! Made me pay up front $500 and then kept my car for over a month and when I’d call about it and wanting to pick it up , it was always an excuse! Charged me for things they never put on my car! Do not go to them! Cross roads is the place to go! They took advantage of a single struggling mother!
Jody and Tracy were amazing! Fair prices, & advise to make sure I felt safe on my 3-hour drive back north. I arrived at a 3-hour vacation and needed 2 tires replaced. I dropped off my car, took 5 mins to explain what I needed & left. I received a call while out with my family with the time frame and costs. We were so lucky to find and work with this team! Made it home without any incidents and the piece of mind needed for long trips with the kiddos! Thank you!
In Russell Springs, Kentucky at the Hwy 127 yard sale, Jody Bryant at Affordable Automotive saved the day for my wife and I, by fixing a radiator hose on my Jeep! Good people, fine folks and now my friend!
