Went in for an issue where my traction control light comes on and my engine is thrown into limp mode reducing me to half power. I have had multiple places run checks on it and nothing can be found however I took it here and was charged $500 for a spark plug and coil replacement flux oil change and was told the issue with fixed. took my van in thinking something was wrong with transmission, since thats what 2 other mechanics told me. it was making this noise under the driver side. i forget his name but he checked out the van and determined that it wasn’t the transmission, but the wheel bearings. they fixed her up real nice and the noise is gone. thank you guys
I have been using Josh ever since he took over this shop like 7 or 8+ years ago. You will not find a more fair and honest mechanic. Their have been multiple instances where he could have done un needed repairs, and instead let ne know they were not needed. He goes above and beyond on customer service. I now live in Waterllo and still drive/tow the hour to get my vehicles to him.

I visited this shop based on a referral from one of my clients, as my car required rotor repairs. The following morning, the owner informed me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. We have brought two different cars to affordable automotive; each time communication was top Notch. One car had serious issues, they promised not to go over the quoted amount. Happy to report they held to their word. Glad to find an honest mechanic!!
