This place will rip you a new one with their tow ask them to tow the vehicle to my house on Friday night they said it too dangerous for his driver so I would have to pick it up at their shop so they don’t open on the weekend because they could charge you whatever the hell they want pickup my vehicle on Monday they charge me $670 for the tow to their shop and it 15 miles away I would not recommend anybody using this place Or the Towing service
These guys are great! Fair, honest and helpful! They went above and beyond for me when they did not have to because I was not a customer yet. Of course, being treated so well, it was natural to bring my business to them! They went out of their way to repair my vehicle before my children were dismissed from school. And it was not an easy job! Josh even drove to get the part himself and Evans drove me home and picked me up so I could have my vehicle in time. Truly kind gentlemen! Affordable Automotive will always be my choice!
Went in for an issue where my traction control light comes on and my engine is thrown into limp mode reducing me to half power. I have had multiple places run checks on it and nothing can be found however I took it here and was charged $500 for a spark plug and coil replacement flux oil change and was told the issue with fixed. took my van in thinking something was wrong with transmission, since thats what 2 other mechanics told me. it was making this noise under the driver side. i forget his name but he checked out the van and determined that it wasn’t the transmission, but the wheel bearings. they fixed her up real nice and the noise is gone. thank you guys
I have been using Josh ever since he took over this shop like 7 or 8+ years ago. You will not find a more fair and honest mechanic. Their have been multiple instances where he could have done un needed repairs, and instead let ne know they were not needed. He goes above and beyond on customer service. I now live in Waterllo and still drive/tow the hour to get my vehicles to him.
