Awful these people are soulless. Seemingly too difficult for them to pick up a phone and advise me before calling a towing company to impound the car I brought to them. Shameful, disgraceful & worst display of humanity I've ever encountered.
These people are soulless. I brought a car to them that belonged to a friend I was trying to help out while he was down on his luck & it needed a battery repair. Long story short, work wasn't able to be done & I acknowledge that the car was left there far too long and received only one phone call telling me to pick it up after no repair was done. I live in Canada and was trying to get a local friend to pick it up who failed me, so I came over several weeks later and they advised me it was towed and impounded. No follow up ph... read more
