I took our 2018 F150 to the shop based on the reviews for some extensive work that needed to be done on the camshaft phasers. They also had to do some work while it was off replacing the water pump and things like that. When we got the vehicle back, we drove it and discovered we had a minor coolant leak. We called up the shop and they promptly sent out a tow truck the next morning and then drove the truck all the way back out to the Woodlands. Stopping to wash it and fill it up with gas. Eric and his team are the best. They have ALWAYS shot me straight and given options on how to address any issues. The work is always first class.
Awesome experience, as always. Eric and the crew always do a phenomenon job. So much in fact we drive over an hour to bring our vehicles to them. I without a doubt, highly recommend them.
