I really don’t like writing bad reviews , but I really don’t want to see someone lose there hard earned money , the lady who took care of the paper work was very nice and genuine , on the other hand , the sales guy, a con man for sure , the first red flag was when he was pressing me to pick what van to get , in the moment , I needed a van to live in , I just crashed my truck and I don’t have a place to stay in LA . If I could leave a lower rating I would!! Horrible customer service they act like they’re these nice people when you’re looking at the cars but once you start asking questions about the vehicles they seem annoyed / frustrated. RED FLAG. If you’re going to buy a car here bring a mechanic to check the vehicle with you.
*Don’t trust these people No compren aquí* I regret buying from this dealer. After signing, they made me wait 3 days to even get the truck. When I told them I didn’t want it because the delay seemed suspicious, they suddenly made it available. The owner and his daughter told me the transmission had been repaired, so I asked for paperwork since that kind of repair usually carries a warranty. Had an amazing experience at Affordable Auto Solutions! I spent weeks on weeks searching for a good, quality, car and once I came across them I couldn’t resist but to purchase one. The customer service there is truly unmatched & Sam + the rest of the team were a huge help. Often times car dealerships can be dry and lifeless (in my experience) but this one just made me feel like I was home and got me excited to purchase my car! -Highly recommended
