We took our car here for timing chains. After 2 weeks we got it back with the check engine light still on. Jason proceeded to put off taking care of it for several weeks. He said to drive it, the light should go off. It did not. Eventually we got him to get it in and he replaced the cam sensors. Two weeks later we picked the car up, supposedly fixed, and within 3 miles of driving the check engine light was back on. I was able to get an Issue resolved that 7 mechanics could not figure out. The service was very thorough and accurate. I would recomend anybody to Affordable Auto Service.
My battery was dead when I went to pick my truck up. No explaination. Was relatively new. Punched out rust to make a big hole in the cab. Put things on the estimate and said that we had talked about them and we didn't. Don't trust him. Have heard alot of bad things since I was there.
I found this guy number when i was having trouble starting my car i just got off work and i was tried and mad of i call him up he told me what was wrong with my car calmed me down and told me what to do. he explain where every thing was gave me good detail told me what i had to do and 5 mins later my car was running i would do anything if he would hire me on at his job i am a advance auto parts sales with the back ground of a diesel tech.

Jason's customer service is excellent. My wife and I came to Jason on a Friday afternoon right before closing time...... unsure about our alternator. Jason took the time to check out our system, test drive it and completely examine what our situation was. Not only did he determine some other garages were mistaken in their diagnosis, he didn't even charge us for his time!!!! Thank you Jason. Jason does a great job of not only explaining the problem but describing how to do it yourself. In my case I would have had to pull out the transmission and I don't have a transmission hoist. He was willing to talk to me on a busy Sunday (when he is suppose to closed) and is truly affordable. -Chas
