Don't Buy From Here I just got done reporting them to the attorney general of Iowa and if I have to will take further legal action if they do not pay what they owe. Will said he would honor the warranty with another mechanic because we live 6 hrs away. I turned in my receipts which totaled over $800 because of all the work that had to be done. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! This place in one word,SUCKS!!! Bought a 99 Grand Am GT from them. Broke down 4 data's later. Had blown head gasket. They were gonna replace the engine,money was sent to them,repairs made,but they DID NOT REPLACE THE MOTOR! Said it was #q and 3 rockers,and the repair cost the same. Get it home and running bad,took to a shop for diagnostic and was running lean. Turns out mechanic rigged a vacum line up. Week later,it dies again. Affordable Auto ROCKS!! I must say that I had an exceptional experience here. From the moment we walked onto the lot til the moment we drove away in our new-to-us Saturn, the experience was a good one. Mrs. I have had a car fixed there when no one else could. I also bought a great used car for a great price. They were helpful and did not push me to purchase. I would still be driving the car except someone rear-ended me and totalled my car. Looking to buy from them again. I found them fair and willing to negotiate to get me the car I wanted.

Deceiving Business Practices What a racket Tim has going, owning both a repair shop and a used car lot. Our car was taken to his repair shop and we were told the engine was bad and it needed other repairs as well. Tim said it was only good to sell for parts. He called me at work multiple times and showed up at our house pressuring us to make a decision of what to do with the car. We believed him and sold him the car for a few hundred dollars. Affordable Auto Review. absolutely horrific experience! If you want to endanger your family and spend every bit of your savings then this is the place to go. I bought a car here and a week later it wouldnt start and they towed it, but wouldnt tell me what was wrong. 2 weeks later my clutch went out.
